We are looking for a Data Analyst who also brings strong Business Analysis capabilities and an understanding of SDLCprocesses. This role plays a pivotal part in analyzing foundational data layers, working with stakeholders to derive insights, and supporting data model development with precise mappings and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed analysis of data in the L1 (source) layer to understand content, quality, and relationships
• Engage with data owners to clarify data definitions and business rules
• Translate analytical findings into business-friendly documentation and technical data maps
• Support the data modeling process by providing clear mappings and transformation logic
• Collaborate with developers and architects through SDLC stages to ensure accurate data flow and integration
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including data dictionaries and lineage reports

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with proven BA capabilities
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile project methodologies
• Proficiency in SQL, data exploration tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
• Excellent data mapping and documentation skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise between business and technical teams
• Experience in enterprise data environments or large-scale data transformation projects
