We are seeking experienced SAP professionals with strong knowledge of ERP, IS-U, and HR modules. The ideal candidate will be skilled in custom development and enhancements tailored to client-specific requirements within these SAP modules.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze business needs in SAP ERP, IS-U, and HR.
• Design and develop custom solutions, extensions, and enhancements in the SAP environment.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing SAP functionalities.
• Support integration with other systems or modules.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience working with SAP ERP, SAP IS-U, and SAP HR modules.
• Strong understanding of ABAP and SAP development tools.
• Ability to deliver tailored customer development (Z-developments).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in Czech or English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with S/4HANA.
• Previous project experience in utility or HR sectors.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 or related frontend tech.
