We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our team and support clients in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Human Capital Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of core HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY), along with experience in self-service portals (ESS/MSS) and system integration.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and design HCM solutions
- Configure and customize SAP HCM modules
- Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide end-user training
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support

Requirements:

- Proven experience with SAP HCM modules
- Knowledge of integration tools (IDOC, ALE, Web Services)
- Experience with ABAP development is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- English proficiency required
