We are looking for a SAP HCM / HR Developer to support ongoing projects in personnel administration, payroll, time management, and organizational management. You'll be responsible for custom developments and enhancements across HR modules.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver custom ABAP developments in SAP HCM/HR (infotypes, reports, workflows)
• Build or maintain custom reports, data extracts, and enhancements
• Support integration with payroll systems and third-party tools
• Work closely with HR functional consultants and end users

Requirements:

• 3+ years of SAP HCM development experience
• Familiarity with modules like PA, OM, PY, and TM
• Hands-on ABAP skills (classic and OO), experience with HR-specific tables and logic
• Experience with ALE/IDocs, BAPIs, LSMW is a plus
• Communication in Czech or English
