Key Responsibilities:

‍• Lead the creation and maintenance of SDLC deliverables in alignment with Merck’s documentation standards.

• Coordinate SDLC documentation for each QDP release in compliance with audit and validation requirements.

• Work closely with delivery teams, quality leads, and stakeholders to ensure documentation is complete, consistent, and up to date.

‍Required Skills & Experience:

‍• Strong knowledge of Merck’s Digital SDLC framework and related documentation standards

• Experience creating SDLC documentation (Design Specs, Test Plans, Traceability Matrices, etc.) from scratch

• Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) and Merck’s release process

• Ability to manage and complete Change Requests (CHG) in SNOW.

• Understanding of standard and emergency release procedures.

• Experience with data product development or data-centric project documentation.• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
