Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and monitor the test activities for the stream (Internal/external).

- Execute predefined testing, including API testing and other critical validation processes.

- Utilize Jira/XRAY and Confluence for documentation, tracking, and collaboration.

- Ensure proactive test planning and execution, maintaining high quality across deliverables.

- Coordinate test activities between assigned project and other streams/project for seamless integration.

- Act as a strategic advisor on testing best practices and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in technical test management methodologies.

- Experience in API and Network (Radius/Roaming) testing, and troubleshooting experience in telecom/NW.

- Experience with Wireshark and osix tools can be an advantage.

- Knowledge in telecom technologies like Radio Access Network (RAN), Mobile Core (4G, 5G, 5GNSA) are highly appreciated.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Jira and Confluence for test management.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive alignment across stakeholders.

- Highly proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Right mindset is equally important as technical skill.

- A problem-solving attitude, analytical thinking, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving landscape is a must for success.
