Role Description

- Execute intricate programs entailing numerous business and technical risks that significantly impact the achievement of key organizational priorities

- Develop and monitor a comprehensive plan to achieve program goals, including the technical implementation strategy, ensuring effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization

- Understand the trade-offs involved in delivery, leveraging experience and influencing skills to foster consensus among Business, Technology, and Engineering teams for optimal value and solutions.

- Anticipate potential risks and issues, institute a proactive process, facilitate discussions, and manage escalations effectively.

- Possess the capability to comprehend technical architecture, enabling the anticipation of impacts on dependencies, delivery timelines, and implementation plans.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of system engineering and implementation best practices to navigate and address delivery challenges.

- Collaborate with Service, Engineering, and Product teams to define annual budgetary requirements.

- Foster positive relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of hardware, software, or professional services.

- Actively contribute to the Technical Programme Manager community."

We Expect You to Have:

- Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technology and/or infrastructure programs, involving coordination across multiple teams and geographical locations.

- Possess experience in establishing and nurturing credible relationships, coupled with the ability to influence senior management.

- Exhibit flexibility, strong organizational and planning skills, responsiveness, creativity, and a proactive self-starter approach.

- Showcase robust project, stakeholder, and program management skills.

- Possess strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

- Demonstrate proficiency in reporting for programs and financial forecasting.

- Exhibit effective communication and influencing skills, along with adaptability to changes.

- Showcase skills in risk and issue management.

- Hold accreditation in Project Management (e.g., Prince 2, PMI PMP, MSP) and have experience in ITIL Service Management Framework and Principles.

- Possess solid knowledge of infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and network security.
