Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team and help us find, attract, and hire top-tier IT and engineering talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and project leads to understand hiring needs, source the best candidates, and guide them through the entire recruitment process.
This is a high-impact role that requires a deep understanding of technical roles, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles for roles such as developers, engineers, analysts, architects, and more.
- Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative methods.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical knowledge, cultural fit, and motivation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Ensure a great candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
- Stay updated on tech hiring trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, IT Recruiter, or similar role (in-house or agency).
- Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and the IT job market.
- Experience with sourcing and screening candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and boolean search.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment metrics.

- Experience recruiting in international markets (e.g., EU, UK, US).
- Background in HR, psychology, or technical education.
