Role Description
We’re looking for a driven and resourceful IT Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to own the recruitment process end-to-end, work directly with clients, and play a key role in the growth of both our candidates’ careers and our agency. You’ll earn a bonus for every successful hire you make, and there’s a clear path to grow into a Team Lead position as we expand.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and technical requirements.
- Write compelling job descriptions and post on relevant platforms.
- Source, screen, and engage top IT professionals using tools like LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring journey.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and build a pipeline of tech talent.
- Track your recruitment activity and performance using our ATS and internal systems.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and share best practices with the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or agency recruiting (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and tech stacks.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow within the team.
