Strategic Planning and Alignment:
· Define Program Scope: Develop and manage the overall scope of MES projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and manufacturing requirements.
· Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders (manufacturing, IT, supply chain, quality, etc.) to define requirements and align MES strategies with business needs.
· Resource Allocation: Develop and manage the MES program, ensuring optimal use of resources, including personnel, technology, and financial assets.
Project Management:
· End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead the implementation of MES projects from conception to deployment, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within scope.
· Project Scheduling and Milestones: Define project timelines, set milestones, and ensure adherence to the schedule for all MES-related activities.
· Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and handle issues that may arise during MES implementations or upgrades.
· Vendor Management: Work with external vendors or MES software providers to ensure the delivery of services, software, or hardware in accordance with contracts.
Governance & Reporting:
