Role Description
Proven experience designing end-to-end solutions involving Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
Strong understanding of Workfront's data model including hierarchy, objects and their structures, permissions, custom forms, reporting etc..
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs, with clear documentation and diagrams.
Deep familiarity with how Workfront Fusion can be used as an integration and automation layer across systems – understanding of its capabilities, limits, and best practices.
Experience designing integration flows between Workfront, Fusion, and external tools via REST APIs (OAuth, JWT, API keys, etc.).
Awareness of serverless cloud capabilities in AWS (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager, S3) and ability to incorporate custom solutions when required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with both business and technical stakeholders.
Ability to create and maintain clear, structured technical documentation (e.g., solution design docs, data flow diagrams, API specs).
Able to support and review work done by Workfront/Fusion developers, ensuring alignment with solution intent.
Experience with campaign management processes and vendor collaboration is a plus.
