MLOps / Cloud Platform Engineer
About
Provide engineering services to develop, automate, test, and support Analytics and Data Science products using AWS, EKS/Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Python, and R. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design, deliver, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. Manage cloud infrastructure, platform integrations, deployments, and operational support while driving continuous improvement, automation, and the adoption of Data Science and Machine Learning capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Business, Product, Infrastructure and Vendor teams, ensuring effective stakeholder coordination, delivery oversight, issue resolution, and operational governance for Analytics platform services.
- Support end-to-end delivery of Data Science platform capabilities, ensuring timely development, testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Perform requirements analysis, backlog refinement, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Facilitate technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and stakeholder workshops to gather feedback and drive solution alignment.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain platform features, deployment frameworks, and integrations, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Manage and optimize AWS resources, EKS/Kubernetes environments, networking, storage, IAM/security, and monitoring solutions.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices using Terraform, Ansible, GitHub/GitOps, and CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency and consistency.
- Support Data Science and Machine Learning teams by enabling and maintaining Domino Data Lab, Python, and R-based development environments.
- Coordinate deployments across Development, Test, and Production environments, supporting release planning, change management, and implementation activities.
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Support SIT, UAT, performance, and operational testing activities, managing defect resolution and ensuring release quality.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architecture artifacts, operational procedures, deployment guides, and knowledge repositories.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing platform support.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, audit, data protection, and operational standards across platform services and infrastructure
