IT Delivery Manager

About

The ADE Delivery Orchestrator will be responsible for the successful and on-time delivery and consumption of ASMs (Allotrope Simple Model) to more efficiently realize MRL business value from their GxP and non-GxP instrument data.

Responsibilities

Captures, conveys, and manages risks, impediments, assumptions, and dependencies for delivery execution, and focuses on reducing impact early and often
Manage, maintain, and coordinate deliverables across, between, and within multiple squads to meet program timeline roadmaps
Work with Product Manager, Product Technical Lead, and Business Lead to build and maintain program deliverable timelines/roadmap
Key collaborators day to day will be: Product Manager, Product Technical Lead, Technical Analysts, Data Engineers, Test Engineers, Business SMEs, Platform Engineers
Pending allocation and availability, may be responsible for documentation aspects of the project

Requirements

5+ years experience managing deployments of IT releases in a pharmaceutical/scientific R&D space environment
Understanding of laboratory workflows, analytical instrumentation, and data flows in the pharmaceutical R&D space is a plus
Open to different delivery methods – what works for the team will be utilized
Experience with GxP/regulatory considerations relevant to systems supporting lab data (e.g., knowledge of controlled access, audit trails, validated processes).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to explain technical configuration decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational skills and experience managing support channels and prioritizing requests across a large user base.
